2. DYM to Anele (within 1 minute) - They did not show me respect. I wanted the cars audio
systems calibrated in a particular way. Name said that I
had the hearing of a vegetable. They said, leave it to the
experts. I insisted on my particular set up. After all, I have
a full Name 500 series system at home, using active
speakers.

Insurance Policy

- Took out in her own name not GBM

- Coverage (within Malaysia)

Only covers losses, damages or liability incurred within Peninsular Malaysia

- Thus, what she intended IS DIFFERENT from the actual policy. She was unaware as she signed
the policy upon the Broker telling her it was standard contract.
