Physics 2nd Year CH#15

This document contains a physics test for a second year class on electromagnetism. The test has 3 sections with a total of 50 marks: 1) An objective section with 10 multiple choice questions worth 10 marks. 2) A short answer section requiring notes on 15 electromagnetism concepts worth 20 marks. 3) A section with 2 multi-part problems worth a total of 20 marks - the first asks students to derive equations for induced emf and current in an AC generator and calculate induced emf in a solenoid, the second asks students to explain back emf in motors and calculate current and transformer ratio for a step-down transformer powering a lamp.
