Show & Tell - Please have your child bring in 1 item on his/her assigned day that begins with
the /p/ sound. (examples: penguin, purple, penny, etc.) Dont forget to think of 3 clues. The item
must fit in your childs backpack.
We would like to thank everyone who sent in items for the Hurricane Harvey recovery. We are so
thankful for your generosity.
Please join us Wednesday, September 27 at 5:30 in Wanamaker for the Homecoming Parade. The
theme this year is Mon Amour the Flashes. We would love for you to come and walk with us in
the parade. You will need to arrive at 4:30 if you plan on walking with us. Children must be ac-
companied by an adult.
Candy Donations - We would love to have candy to throw during the parade. Feel free to
send a bag of candy in or bring it with you to the parade when you walk.
Books- Most Wednesdays, some Thursdays, you should see paper books that contain our
sight words in them in your childs Green Folder. This would be a great way to start having your
child read to you each week.
