1. Please be noted that all the information required above must be filled and sent to us no later than Three (03)
days, or we will consider all information are as per.
2. Any special requirement depends on the ability of our Hotel to provide.
3. All last minute changes must be informed directly to us through Phone Call only
4. We will not take any note of changes on the day of the event.
5. We will only receive filled-up event Check List via Email in PDF/ Microsoft Word form or directly to our Hotel.
6. Should any decision be handover to us, please fill up As per Salesperson or NIL.
