And Sustainable Architecture. Retrieved From Http://jfas - Info/index - Php/jfas/article/view/2337

The document discusses sustainable design. Sustainable architecture considers economic, social, and environmental issues and aims to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources through use of renewable energy and smart materials that lower energy usage while providing comfort. Proper integration of needs in complex, sustainable building design must respond to 21st century needs through energy efficiency.

1 Definition of Sustainable design

Sustainable architecture is present in three areas: economic, social and environmental issues
raised are among the most important in the area of environmental sustainability, reduce
consumption of non-renewable resources and renewable energy. The advantages of smart
materials is to use materials that reduces energy consumption and provide optimal comfort for
the residents of a large building and complex building intrusion in sustainable design today must
respond to the needs of the 21st century and only with the integration needs in a complex, to be
energy efficiency.

and sustainable architecture. Retrieved from http://jfas.info/index.php/jfas/article/view/2337

Paraphrased version

Sustainable design is when a design was applied by a technology such as sustainable materials in
architecture. And it is also known for its energy efficiency and reduction in the consumption of
natural resources which is an essential part in the 21st century (S. Abbasi , R. Zad Hasan., 2017)
6.1 Definition of Aesthetic

Applying aesthetics to buildings and and related architectural structures is complex, as factors
extrinsic to visual design (such as , structural integrity , cost, the nature of building materials, and
the functional utility of the building) contribute heavily to the design process.

architecture

Paraphrased version

Aesthetics is a form of visual design in architecture which does not only affect the physical
appearance of the building but also its function for the users. And aesthetics is also associated
with the creation of the design process (Brandle, K.,2012)
7.1 Definition of Functionality

Function in building is roughly equivalent to requirements or user stories in technology driven

business initiatives. It focuses on the stories that make for a minimum viable product then iterate
and transform and adapt. And from a development perspective it is simply heaven.

A building is determined by its function and the purpose it provides to the users. It also
derived from the statement Form Follows Function.(Preiss, P.,2016)
