NOW, THEREFORE for and in consideration of the following premises, GOVERNMENT

AGENCY and XXX do hereby agree and stipulate the following:

A. GOVERNMENT AGENCY shall:

1. Screen, select and deploy to the different facilities and offices of the
GOVERNMENT AGENCY, students recommended by the GCOE to undergo on-
the-job training under the COMPANY STUDENT TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM for a
minimum of 480 training hours and maximum of 1500 training hours. It is
understood that the students recommended are qualified in accordance with the
requirements of the Circular. The Human Resource department or any similar
department shall be responsible for the over-all implementation and
administration of the program;
