Configuration settings can be downloaded one at a time from the Settings screen
or in groups from the Group Download screen. The uploaded file is converted to a
V2.x format and downloaded to the
unit.
To complete the calibration file update process, turn the unit off and then on, and
press a measurement function button.
The updated calibration file does not take effect until a measurement
is initiated.
To utilize the group download function, first use the Settings screen to create and
save several custom configuration setting files.
In the Group Download screen, first use the Create New Group button. Give the
group file a meaningful name. A folder with that name is created on the PC.
Next, use the Add Settings to Selected Group button. Browse to the location of
the desired configuration files and select one or more. Several files may be added
at one time by using the control or shift keys. Copies of the selected files are
placed in the group folder. The original file versions remain intact. A group may
contain up to 30 configuration settings.
Use the Delete Selected Group File button to remove a selected group file and all
contents.
Use the Delete Selected Settings from Group button to remove a selected
configuration setting from the group list.
Note: These delete functions only remove the configuration setting copies.
The original configuration settings remain intact.
