The Passive

The document discusses how tenses change when converting sentences from active to passive voice. It notes that the subject and verb flip, so that the subject of the active sentence becomes the object of the passive sentence, and lists examples of transformations for various tenses including present simple, past simple, future simple, present continuous, past continuous, modals, and semi-modals. It also describes how sentences with two objects can be transformed into passive voice in two ways and how verbs followed by particles must keep the particle next to the verb in the passive form.
