oneself during projection, updating with current affairs
Creative Thinking I
parallel thinking- need to change thinking behavior, six thinking hats, group discussion
using creative thinking
Creative Thinking II
lateral thinking meaning, process and techniques, idea generation using lateral thinking

Business Communication
meaning, effective and ineffective business communication, overcoming barriers of
business communication, importance of soft skills at workplace, presentation skills,
