Examples:
There are 24 (twenty-four) hours in a day, and 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days in a
year.
There are 312,000,000 (three hundred twelve million) people in the United States.
The Amazon river is 6,400 (six thousand four hundred) kilometers long.

1.2. ORDINAL NUMBERS
Ordinal numbers (first, second, third, etc.) are normally formed with a suffix. Ordinals
are used to make dates, and for more things.
There's also abbreviations which are formed with the number and the suffix. Often the
suffix is -th, but not always.

way each word is spelled. Each word ends in day.
