1 Isolate the incoming source and apply LOTO.
Make sure that supply is not available at the i/p terminal of the

Check bearings are sufficiently lubricated and trace of seepage

4 Remove and clean filters
5 Check the grill temperature
6 Check the compressor oil level if provided
7 Check cooling coil and clean
8 Check condensate drain for free flow
9 Check the incoming supplu cable and the D.B side
10 Check for water leaks/seepage on pipes,, Rectify leaks if any
11 Check Condenser coil and clean
Resume the power and check the Split unit for smooth and

effective operation
13 Check and log the compressor and blower motor current
