BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS (LZBAA)
If the business/construction is found to be Non-Conforming, a denial letter will be made and
the applicant must submit a letter of reconsideration.

Upon receipt of the motion for reconsideration, a scheduled meeting with the Technical Working
Group will be set for comments and recommendation. Then, a scheduled Local Zoning Board
Meeting will be made for Deliberation / Approval of each application.

PRINTING OF LOCATIONAL 2nd INDORSEMENT OF APPLICATION

CLEARANCE & ORDER OF PAYMENT After the Board Meeting, the application will indorsed to Planning
Office for preparation and signing of Board Resolution
