CALL PILOT MAIL QUICK REFERENCE

SETTING UP MAILBOX FIRST TIME


1. Get dial tone Press MESSAGE button or dial 7160
2. Enter mailbox number __________ and # key
3. Enter your default password ___________ and # key (default password is 5 plus your mailbox number)
4. System will make you change your password, Press 84 to change password
5. System will ask you to enter your old password _________ and # key (which is 5 plus your mailbox number)
6. Enter your NEW password, _______________ (4 to 16 digits) plus # key
7. System will ask you to re-enter your NEW password again plus # key

MAILBOX # ______________ MESSAGE RETENSION: 21 DAYS MAILBOX CAPACITY: 20 minutes


LOGGING INTO VOICE MAIL: LOGGING ON FROM OUT OF OFFICE
1. Get dial tone Press MESSAGE button or dial Allow you to check Voicemail from offsite
7160 1. Dial voicemail telephone number 503-263-7160
2. Enter mailbox number _________ and # key 2. Enter mailbox number _______ and # key
3. Enter your password and # key 3. Enter your password and # key

2 PLAY YOUR MESSAGES
75 COMPOSE A MESSAGE (send messages to other mailboxes)
82 RECORD GREETING (what the caller hears)
83 LOG OFF (it is important to log off each time you use Voicemail)
84 PASSWORD (minimum 4 digits, maximum 16)
85 PERSONAL DISTRIBUTION LIST (9-lists, 99-mailboxes)
89 PERSONAL VERIFICATION (your spoken name only)

2- PLAY MESSAGE 75 COMPOSE A MESSAGE


1 Skip back 5 seconds 5 Hear tone and begin recording message
3 Skip forward 5 seconds # - To end recording
# - To pause a message 2 Review message
2 To resume playing a message after pausing 701 Tag message URGENT

1 Record external With call on the line, press TRANSFER
2 Record internal Dial 7161 hear Express Messaging to Mailbox
3 Record Temporary Enter the 4 digit mailbox plus the # key
5 Hear tone begin recording Press TRANSFER again quickly!!!
