100 % Speed Problem

This document summarizes troubleshooting efforts for a gas turbine that was unable to return to 100% speed after a load rejection event. Tests of fuel analysis, valve calibration, and pressure were performed. Lowering the FSRMIND4_LR setting from 16.9 to 16.05 resolved the issue, and ongoing monitoring is needed to confirm.
