When you power off the mp3 player, please Put the Power switch to OFF.
QUICK START

This MP3 player starts in Music mode when first powered on. To select other options,
long press Mode to go to the Main menu.

z Entering into Menu


- Long press Mode to enter into main menu at stop status.
- Press Play to enter into submenus.
z Entering Different Modes
You may enter into different modes from the main menu.
z Return to Main menu from sub-modes:
Long press Mode

Key Functions of Buttons


1. Play: Start/Play/Pause/Stop.
2. ON/OFF: turn on or turn off the mp3 player.
3. Mode enters in the main menu or submenu.
4. VOL :To adjust the volume
5. Next: to the next or speed play
6. Pre: the previous or skip backward.
Volume Control

1. Volume display: ( )
2. Volume adjustment: Press VOL button until turns to red. Press NEXT/ Pre
button to adjust Volume.
Turn On/Off
1. Make sure the switch is ON
a. Short press Play to turn on the player.
b. Long press Play to turn off the player.

Play& Stop
Press Play to play files.
Press Play to pause when file is playing
1. Play Music
Basic Operations
1. Connect the earphone to player.
2. Put the Power switch to ON.
3. Short press PLAY button to turn on the player and enter Music mode. Press Play
again to play music.
4. Select music:
a. Pre: to select previous music.
b. Next: to select next music.
5. To adjust the volume:

a. Press VOL, after the icon ( ) is highlighted in red, use Next/Pre to


increase/decrease Volume.

Equalizer submenu
1. When music is playing, short press Mode to enter into the music submenu
2. Press Next to select Equalizer menu.
3. Short press Play button to enter equalizer submenu.
4. Press Next/Pre button to select options.
5. Press Play to confirm selection.

Tempo Rate submenu


When you play music or recorded files (MP3 formatted only), a different tempo rate
can be set (faster or slower) without changing the tone and sound.

1. When music is playing, short press Mode to enter into the music submenu.
2. Select Play Rate by using Next/Pre.
3. Press Play to enter Play rate menu.
4. Press Next/Pre to select tempo rate.
5. Press Play to confirm selection.

Repeat Mode submenu


1. When music is playing, short press Mode to enter into the music submenu.
2. Press Play to select Repeat mode submenu.
3. Press Next/Pre to select repeat mode.
a. No Reat: Play songs randomly and continue to play next one.
b. One: Play one song over and over.
c. All: Play all songs in the MP3 player over and over.
d. Random All: Play all songs in the MP3 player randomly.
e. DirRepOne: Play all the songs in the folder.
f. DirRep: Play all songs in the folder over and over.
g. DirRanAll: Play all songs in current folder randomly.
4. Press Play to confirm selection.
2. Voice Recording
Note: Please make sure that the battery is not in low battery status.

Start recording in Record Mode


1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.

2. Press Next to select Voice.


3. Short press Play to enter recording mode.
4. Long press VOL button to start recording.
5. Press Play button to pause recording. (The timer icon flickers.)
6. Press Play button to continue recording.
7. Press Mode button to stop and save recording in the MicIn directory.

NOTE:
If Overflow is displayed on the screen, the players memory is full. Please delete some
files to allow more space for recording.

Select Recording Type: High, Normal and Low quality


1. Long press Mode to enter main menu.
2. Press Next to select Setup.
3. Press Play to enter submenu.
4. Press Next to select Record.
5. Press Play to enter the record quality submenu.
6. Press Next to select record quality.
7. Press Play to confirm selection.
3. Play Recorded Files
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Push Next to select Voice.
3. Press Play to enter Voice mode .
4. Press Play to start playing.
5. Select recorded files:
Pre: to select the previous recorded file.
Next: to select the next recorded file.

4. FM radio
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Push Next to select Radio.
3. Press Play to enter Radio mode.
4. Press Mode to enter radio selection interface: preset, auto search, manual search,
save, exit
5. Press Play to confirm the selection.
6. Press Pre or Next to select the channel.
7. Recording FM Radio
a. Long press Vol to select FM radio recording.
b. Press Mode save the recording in the FM-In directory.

5. Photo Browsing
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Press Next to select Photo.
3. Press Play to enter Photo mode.
4. File selection:

5. Press the Next/PRE button to select a file.


6. Press Play to browse.
6. E-book
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Press Next to select E-book.
3. Press Play to enter E-book mode.
4. Short press Next to select the file you want to read and short press Play to
confirm.
5. Use Next/Pre to browse files.

7. Video playback
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Press Next to select Video.
3. Press Play to enter Video mode.
4. Enter into main menu to choose Video and press Play to confirm.
5. Press Next/PRE to select a file.
6. Short press Play to play a Video.

8. File management
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Press Next to select File.
3. Press Play to enter File mode.
4. Short press Next to select file you want to delete.
5. Short press MODE to enter Delete submenu
a. Press Next to select Yes to delete file and press Play to confirm.
b. Press Next to select No and press Play to confirm.
6. Long press Mode to return to main menu.

9. Game
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Press Next to select Game.
3. Press Play to enter Game mode.
4. Press Play to enter and select game you want to play by Next/Pre
5. Press Play to start to play game.

10. USB Disk


The player could be use as standard USB disk with operating system of Windows 2000
and above, Mac OS 10.3 and above, Linux Redhat 8.0 and above (no driver needed).
Windows98 users need to set up driver which can be installed from CD or downloaded
from the Kaser website at http://www.kasercorp.com.
11. System Settings
1. Long press Mode to enter into main menu.
2. Press Next to select Setup.
3. Press Play to enter Setup mode.

Parameters Introduction
Record Select the recoding quality
Display Set the screen brightness
Language Set different languages displayed
Set a fixed time after which the player may turn power
Power
off automatically
Sys Tool Set format tools, Reset and get system info

Language
1. At Setup submenu, press Next/Pre button to select Language
2. Press Play to enter Language setting
3. Press Next/Pre to select language.
4. Press Play to confirm
Display
1. Brightness: Enter into Display submenu, choose Brightness, press Play
to enter short press Next/PRE to select brightness and press Play to
confirm.
2. Screen save: enter into Display submenu, press NEXT to choose screen,
press Play to enter, then press Next/Pre to set up the time lag you want
to enter into screen save, press Play to confirm.
Power Saving
- Auto off: After a period of inactivity, the player may turns off automatically
to save power.
- Short press VOL and press Next/PRE to increase/decrease time or select
Always on.
Sys Tool
1. At Setup submenu, press Next/Pre button to select SysTool
2. Press Play to enter SysTool setting
3. Press Next/Pre to select
a. Format: erase all files on the Player.
b. Reset: reset the Player to factory defaults

Check to see if battery is low.


No Power
Check to see if the player is ON
