Best Answer: Larger labia are not 'caused', they are a physical trait of that

person. Unless someone spent serious time and effort in stretching the skin, which
is possible, then the labia would not be stretched by normal activity such as
sexual intercourse.

As for the vagina itself, it is designed to stretch and return to its normal
elasticity. A woman with weaker muscles in that area has not necessarily had more
sex, that's a fallacy. There can be various reasons for having weaker muscles, and
those muscles can be tightened with exercise (or with surgery in extreme cases).

Larger labia can be surgically trimmed if they are proving to be a problem for a
girl, but the vast majority of girls simply don't need that. Vaginas come in all
shapes and sizes, just like penises do. Variety in all aspects of life is a very
good thing.

Let's get our terms straight first.

A loose vagina means a wide opening; that may happen after childbirth or with age.
It doesn't mean that a girl has had a lot of sex; sex does not damage women's
bodies.
If anything, it may teach them to relax their muscles so the vagina feels a bit
more open, which means that the woman is relaxed and wants to have sex.
A very tight vagina means that the woman does not want to have sex at that moment.

There is no such thing as a flappy vagina, because what you're calling 'flaps' is
not a part of the vagina.
The vagina is an internal organ; it's the part between the vulva and the womb.
Vulva means all the parts that you can see from the outside: the clitoris, labia
('flaps'), and so on.

Large labia are really normal. It's not something that Kegel exercizes can help
with, and that's okay; they are a normal variation. It's not caused by a lot of
sex, either; it's just genetics. Like large earlobes.

Many men actually like larger labia better than smaller ones; they say it's more
sexual, more to play with. The sad thing is that young girls often don't know this
and are worried that guys will be disgusted by them.
If your girlfriend has larger labia, please tell her that she looks great to you!
