Installation
System Requirements
Processor: PIII 500MHZ or above
Memory: 128Mb Ram
Hard disk Space: 40Gb or above
(70 hours recording/Gb, eg 80G for 5600 hours recording)
Installing Steps
2.1 Install Recording Card
a.Turn off the computer and unplug its power cord, and remove the chassis
cover.
b.Insert the contact edge of the Recording Card into the connector of any
available PCI bus Master expansion slot. Press the card firmly into the
connector and ascertain that the cards contacts are fully seated in the
connector.
c.Install the bracket screw which secures the card to the computer chassis.
d.If move than one card, use Card-Link cable to connect them.
e.Connect telephone wires at the back of the computer.
f.Connect speaker box or earphone to audio jack.
g.Notice Keypro (software dog) must be plugged into USB port

a.Switch computer power on, Click Next when Windows prompts Found New
Hardware, PCI Bridge.
b.Click Search for latest drivers (Recommend) On next dialog box, and click
button next.
c.Insert CD with label Vodatrex Telephone Recording System
d.Click button Destination, find Driver folder
e.Click Next
f.Click Completed, drivers were installed or (Finish)

3.1.1.3 (Channel)Type
Click Type column.there is small option button.Click the option button,Type
value will be change in "LINE" ->"TRK"
Option"LINE",is default value,when channel is connected to telephone line
directly.
Option"TRK", when channel is connected to TRUNK line,and in "PBX-TRUNK-
Recording Mode"(Check on:System->Advanced->Enable PBX-TRUNK-REC.
MODE)
Note: Need to restart Telephone Voice Recording Software.
3.1.1.4 Available
If this channel is enabled. "Y"-Enabled,"N"-Disabled.
Note: Need to restart Telephone Voice Recording Software.

"Y"-allowed to record voice files.
"N"-disabled to record voice files.

Channel, Number, Status, CallerID, Dialnumber and Description.

4.2.1 Play
Choose a specified record from search result by click a row,click "Playbutton to
start "Rec. Voice Player", the player will play the specified voice.If you require to
play voice file on another PC,please click "Convert to Wave" button to convert
current record file to *.wav wave file.
4.2.2 Refresh
Click Refresh button to show latest all recording records.

4.3 Monitoring:
Click Monitoring button, and choose a channel
No. Could listen to an ongoing conversation.
Which can hear from earphone or speakers.
Click Return to and quit listening.

b. Outgoing Headcodes:
e.g. Dialing out: 1790901022222222, 17909 if headcode for some telecome
long distance call service,then system have to remove this headcode to
search correct information in phone book.

4.4.9 Seats
Seats means a client PC conneted in LAN(Local Area Network).Set seat
information so than Telephone Voice Recording System can send CallerID and
other Caller Information to all seats.

4.4.9.1Enable IP Interface:
If there are some seats needed to receive callerid information, (Client PC must
installed with Customer Pop software which is bound to Telephone Recording
System),check on this option.
Default Value: Unchecked.
4.4.9.2 SeatID:
e.g. 001,ABC001
4.4.9.4 Group:
Set Group for this seat.

AUTO: means software detect languange from operating system
automatically.
ENG: Show in English language.
USER: Show user edited language(Advanced Tool->Edit Local Language)

Notice:
a. Cant share whole disk to instead of Telephone Recording System and VOC.
b. Client computer must be installed with sound card and powered speakers.
