FULL AND FINAL RELEASE

This release is between _______________________________________, (herein referred


to as the “Executor”)
The executor of the estate of ______________________________________, (herein
referred to as the “Estate”)

AND _____________________________________________________, (herein referred


to as the “Recipient”)

who is to receive a gift from the Executor in the amount of $_________________


(herein referred to as the “gift”)

The gift is made under the following conditions:

1. That the Recipient hereby remises, releases and forever discharges the
Executor and the Estate from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts,
duties, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, guarantees, claims and
demands whatsoever that the Recipient had, now has or hereafter shall or
may have in any way arising out of any matter whatsoever existing up to the
present time and, in particular, without in any way limiting the generality of
the foregoing, in any way arising out of all claims relating to the gift

2. The Recipient agrees that this Release is a general release and agrees not to
make any claim or initiate any proceeding against the Executor or Estate in
respect of any matter referred to or related to the above and all matters
between them and all entities relating thereto and expressly waives and
assumes the risk of all claims for damages or costs which exist as of this
date, but of which they do not know, or which they do not suspect exist,
whether through ignorance, oversight, error or negligence, or otherwise and
which if known, would materially affect the decision of the Recipient to enter
into this Release

3. The Recipient acknowledges having the benefit of legal counsel and that they
voluntarily accept the consideration referred to above for the purpose of
making full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of all claims as
aforesaid, and that they have not been induced to enter into this Release by
reason of any representation or warranty of any nature or kind whatsoever
and that there is no condition, express, or implied, or collateral agreement
affecting the said settlement.

4. The Recipient acknowledges that they are not a named beneficiary under the
Estate and have no right or claim to the Estate, and the Executor has used
their absolute discretion in making this gift to the Recipient, the acceptance
of which is conditioned on the terms of this Release.

The provisions hereof shall ensure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of
each of the parties hereto and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors and
administrators and legal personal representatives of each of the parties hereto.
