ANTI-GHOSTING AGREEMENT

This Anti-Ghosting Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between _______________
_______________ ("Disclosing Party") and _______________ ("Receiving Party") for the purpose of
preventing the unauthorized action of Ghosting as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a
respectful, adult relationship in which communication is dictated below, as it pertains to ("Ghosting").

1. Definition of Ghosting. For purposes of this Agreement, "Ghosting" shall include any unexplained
lack of or withdrawal from communication for extended periods of time after minimum of one date,
wherein a date constitutes a sustained period of interaction with a romantic pretense, between the
Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party. If Ghosting occurs, the Disclosing Party shall have the right
to contact the Receiving Party until the Disclosing Party provides an explanation, no matter its merit,
for said Ghosting. These ghosting provisions extend to the following communication methods: texting,
calling, FaceTiming, emailing, Tweeting, and DMing.

2. Exclusions from Ghosting. Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to
lack of communication that is: (a) due to legitimate sickness (loss of voice, inability to move fingers
and therefor text), the result of a broken, lost or dead phone, or the death of an immediate family
member; (b) death of Receiving Party; (c) when relationship between Disclosing and Receiving Parties
was clearly terminated by one party through verbal or written communication.

3. Obligations of Receiving Party. The Receiving Party shall not ghost. Also, as a result of any
incessant communication caused by any alleged ghosting, the Receiving Party shall not publicly
espouse any feelings of; discontent, disdain, or moral superiority towards the Disclosing Party.

4. Time Periods. The ghosting provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect until the Receiving
and Disclosing parties have terminated the relationship based on above provisions or until Disclosing
Party and Receiving Party have adequately, in the eyes of both parties, settled any prior ghosting
situation, whichever occurs first.

5. Relationships. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to necessitate a serious,


formal, or even public relationship between the Receiving Party and the Disclosing Party.

This Agreement and each party's obligations shall be binding on the representatives, assigns and
successors of such party. Each party has signed this Agreement through its authorized representative.
The Disclosing Party agrees to adhere to the same standards as the Receiving Party, and is subject to
sections 1-4 in the same manner as the Receiving Party.
