Interpretation of Data
The table above shows that pre-test scores ranged from 31 to 67 while post test scores ranged from
49 to 67 which means increase of scores as shown in the gap between the red line(posttest) and blue
line(pretest). Statistical Analysis showed an average of 60.37 for posttest and 53.74 for pre-test.
Analysis
Comparison between pre-test and posttest using paired t-test as revealed by the table of values shows
pre-test and posttest are significantly different with a p = 0.00025. This means that mean scores increased.
Conclusion
As revealed by the foregoing analysis of the data, the interventions made during the Competency-
Based Training(CBT) for Enhanced Tourism Promotion Services NC II effectively increased the learnings of the
trainees.
Recommendation
Competency-Based Training for Tourism Promotion Services NC II is therefore recommended for use in all
TESDA institutions using the Competency-Based Training Materials(CBLM).
