3. What are the accrediting offices for different types
of stakeholders?
The following are the specific offices at the BOC and other
agencies responsible for approving the accreditation or
registration of each stakeholder type:

Arrastre Operators Philippine Ports Authority
Authorized Agent Banks Bankers Association of the
Philippines
Broker
Importer
Importer lodges his/her CPRS profile via the VASP. Importer must
indicate his nominated broker by encoding his brokers CCN.
CAS receives the submitted accreditation application including
required documents;
CAS performs approval of the submitted profile;
System will generate an email with attached Certificate of
Registration indicating the assigned unique Customs Client
Number (CCN) for the broker as a proof of accreditation
Shipping Line
Shipping line lodges its CPRS profile through the internet site
www.customs.gov.ph using the Login name and password
provided by secretariat of the Association of International

Shipping Lines (AISL) and Philippine Ship Agents Association
(PSAA).
MARINA/AISL performs auto-accreditation of the CPRS profile
submitted;
BOC MISTG performs approval of the CPRS profile submitted and
an email with attached Certificate of Registration indicating
the assigned unique Customs Client Number (CCN) will be sent
to the email account provided;
BOC MISTG performs activation of the CPRS profile submitted;
