Kindness Tree

The student was asked by a kindergarten teacher to implement an activity to help students develop empathy and acknowledge each other's feelings. The student created a "Kindness Tree" where students can post hearts for acts of kindness, with the goals of encouraging positive behavior, sharing, helping others, and developing empathy. Materials included construction paper, hearts, leaves, and glue. The tree would be displayed by the door for students to see and add hearts when demonstrating kindness.
