Probation: 6 months
Total Pay: Rs. 50,000 PKR / Month
Package:
Field Bonus: Rs. 500 PKR

Increment: Yearly increase performance Base (Company Performance Evaluation Policy). As


you know that Oil and Gas sector is not going so high and we also dont have much contracts, as our
company will get some good contracts we will give you good increment.

Medical: To be provided by the company (Only Field Medical will be covered)

The formal contract will be given on joining.
