Dear Mayor Varias,

We are respectfully writing to you in the name of the ALFONSO YOUTH


DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION to seek support for an event that we have
developed. We invited all Alfonsos youth to run with us to promote and encourage
awareness, understanding, tolerance and acceptance of different people, cultures,
beliefs and attitudes by organizing an event which is named Color Fun Run for a
cause.

With this letter, we are humbly asking you to give us your authority to allow us to
occupy the Alfonso Covered Court on September 24, 2017 from 6:00am to
12:00pm.
