Formwork For Columns

LICO is a lightweight column formwork system that can be assembled and dismantled by hand without the need for a crane. It uses modular panels in heights of 3 meters, 1 meter, and 50 centimeters that can be configured to match required concrete heights. Cross sections from 200x200mm to 600x600mm can be achieved. The low individual weights of the panels allow for cost-effective forming without heavy equipment. Practical details such as captive tie bolts and chamfer strips that attach easily simplify use and lower shuttering times. The high permissible concrete pressure of 80kN/m2 allows for fast concreting cycles.

LICO, the lightweight column form-

work for cost-effective forming also
without a crane.

The low individual weights of the ele-

ments allow assembly and dismantling
by hand. This means that the formwork
crew is still in a position to effectively
use crane non-availability in a produc-
tive way.

Practical details simplify the use and

lower shuttering times.

The high permissible fresh concrete

pressure of 80 kN/m2 ensures fast con-
creting cycles and thus contributes to a
very economical utilisation of the equip-
ment.
