Full time with Masters Degree:

General: ME/M.Tech > 72.5% (8.0 CGPA) + B.Tech./Equivalent > 65% (7.1 CGPA)
OBC: ME/M.Tech > 72.5% (8.0 CGPA) + B.Tech./Equivalent > 65% (7.1 CGPA)
SC/ST/PH: ME/M.Tech > 63.3% (7.0 CGPA) + B.Tech./Equivalent > 55% (6.25 CGPA)

Full time without Masters Degree:

General: B.Tech./Equivalent > 75% (8.5 CGPA) + GATE SCORE > 700
OBC: B.Tech./Equivalent > 75% (8.5 CGPA) + GATE SCORE > 630
