Re: Termination of Contract

Ms. Ramos:

We write on behalf of our client, Eat Bulaga Inc., in relation to the contract dated January
6, 2017, executed between you and our client.

Under the said contract, you committed to update and complete the tax map of the City
of Legaspi, within three (3) months from the date of the contract or until April 6, 2017.
However, as of today, out of the seventy-three (73) barangays covered by the
project/contract, you have only completed or finished twelve (12) barangays.

Your neglect or failure to finish the project within the stipulated period constitutes material
breach. Hence, we are cancelling the contract.

Furthermore, we demand that you treturn the amount of Php 344,000.00, representing
the advanced payment for the other barangays covered by the project, on or before May
12, 2017. You may directly deposit the payment to account number ___.
