1 Change need identified


Management change of the vessel from Jo Tankers, Bergen, Norway to Stolt Tankers BV, Rotterdam, the
Netherlands.Day 2 and 3 will be a combined exercise

2 Change Manager

Management change is applicable on office side at all SNSO departments. At vessels side there will be
crewing wise a limited change. Cargo operation are not changed, vessel going from being under control
Bergen office into SMIE Rotterdam
Fleet support (HHE) is assisting with day 2 preparations and in close loop with superintendent about day3
preparations

3 Type of change
