This is to certify that Mr. Goitom Teklay is an academic staff member in school of water
technology in the Department of Irrigation & Water Resources Engineering at Aksum University,
Ethiopia. He has been working in the University as an Instructor from march10, 2014 up to
September 7, 2015 as an Assistant Lecture; and Since 07-08-2017 up to date as Lecturer, and he
is still working in the school of water technology.

During his stay, he has displayed an honest character and real commitment to carry out his
responsibilities successfully. Besides, I found him hard working, punctual and enthusiastic for
his job and very polite and sociable to the university’s community.
On behalf of the university and myself, I confidently would like to recommend Goitom for any
