EOD Attendance Report Work Instruction

1. Open CMS Rapport and login using your credentials by going to this link:

2. Go to Campaigns > Reporting > Internal Reports > All Agent Login/Logout Historical. Run report and get all data from 48820, 48821,
48823, and 48824. Select the previous date and export to excel for all campaigns.
3. Open the EOD Attendance Calculator file from amaysim Dropbox.

4. Copy all data extracted from CMS Rapport for all campaigns and paste it to the Raw sheet of the EOD Attendance Calculator. Paste
the values from column B to H, and make sure that the count for each campaign matches from the extracted file.

5. Update the Schedule sheet with the correct data for the date to be reported for each campaign. Refer to the uploaded Schedules
from amaysim Dropbox. Copy all data from the Data sheet starting from the Hired Date, column A to O.
6. Open the EOD Attendance Report from the amaysim Dropbox > Paste the data to the Data sheet (unhide by ALT O,H,U). Make sure
to drag and copy the formulas from column A to C and column T (determine if it’s Production or Training).

7. Start filtering the Status – Late, Absent, VL, OFF, Undertime, and Present. Take note of the expected, and lost hours. It should match
with the presence/status of the agent.

8. Refresh pivot.

9. Email to respective recipients with screenshot and attachment.
