Roman Numerals

The document provides a table showing the Roman numeral symbols and their corresponding Hindu-Arabic number values. It explains that smaller numeral values placed to the right of larger ones indicate addition, while smaller values to the left indicate subtraction. To convert large numbers, one starts with the largest symbol and applies additions and subtractions. A series of exercises is then given to convert numbers between the two numeral systems.
