major. Students are advised to consult with a counselor and/or the department chair for

Career Opportunities: Economics. This program provides a sequential course of study
that prepares students for transfer to four-year institutions with an Economics major
or acquisition of Economics proficiency necessary for career fields that emphasize the
value of familiarity with economics or accounting.
