Terms and Conditions for BigInfo Labs India Private Limited

Scope of work:
1. Identifying candidate’s profile.
2. Identifying the job profile.
3. Forwarding short listed resume.
4. Arranging telephonic interviews.
5. Arranging Interviews at client’s premises.

Charges:
Our quote for the placement would be as below:

7 % of the Annual Gross emoluments for all the positions.

Replacement Period:

If a candidate leaves before the completion of three months from the Date of Joining,
Maximus1 will be responsible for his/ her replacement.

Payment Terms:
Payment has to be made by BigInfo Labs India Private Limited on completion of 30 days from
the date of joining by Candidate.

Terms and Conditions:

1 BigInfo Labs India Private Limited will provide all the job profiles in advance to Maximus1.
2 BigInfo Labs India Private Limited will return/delete all unsuccessful resumes to Maximus1.
3 BigInfo Labs India Private Limited will not forward any of the resumes to any other Party.
4 BigInfo Labs India Private Limited will intimate or forward a copy of appointment letter after
joining.
5. Maximus1. will not entertain request or poach current employees of BigInfo Labs India
Private Limited

6. GST and TDS as per existing (statutory) rules.
