BROKEN NEEDLE POLICY

XXXX has established a policy for controlling the


unintended handling of broken needles in the factory.

The policy includes:

• The issue of needles is by individual machines with


documentation support against submission of the
respective broken needles.

• Spare needles are not issued to stitching employees in


any circumstances.

• All broken needle spare parts are stored inside a


controlled sealed box and also tagged in the needle
register.

• Disposal of all needles shall be done annually under


supervision through dumping inside deep earth pit.

• Needle register is updated at regular intervals.
