1.smart Phone Controlled Robots

The document describes a smartphone-controlled robot using Bluetooth. An Android device transmits voice commands via Bluetooth to an Arduino microcontroller mounted on a robotic vehicle. The microcontroller decodes the commands and uses a motor driver IC to control the vehicle's motors accordingly, allowing remote operation of the robot within Bluetooth range. A block diagram shows the transmitter consisting of an Android device and Bluetooth module, and the receiver comprising an Arduino, Bluetooth module, motor driver, and motors.

SMART PHONE CONTROLLED ROBOT USING BLUETOOTH

IN ARDUINO
ABSTRACT.

Our proposed project aims at a Robotic vehicle operated by human

speech commands. The system operates with the use of an android
device which transmits voice commands to an Arduino microcontroller.
To achieve this functionality, the transmitter consists of the android
phone with Bluetooth device. The voice commands recognized by the
module are transmitted through the Bluetooth transmitter. These…
commands are detected by the Robotic vehicle in order to move it in left,
right, backward and front directions. The Bluetooth receiver mounted on
top of the vehicle is used to recognize the transmitted commands and
decode them. After decoding, these commands are passed on to the
Arduino microcontroller. The microcontroller then drives the vehicle
motors to move it accordingly. This is done with the use of a driver IC
which controls the motor movements. The Bluetooth technology used to
transmit and receive data allows for remotely operating the system
within a good range.
