DEAR SIR,
In relation to the above mentioned subject project, I have the honor to submit our
proposal for the demolition works of existing concrete launders, supplying our Manpower,
tools, equipment, trucks for hauling and supervision for the satisfactory completion of the said
project as per on site discussion under the following terms and conditions:

BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR DEMOLITION WORK AT SEDIMENTATION BASIN

DURATION OF WORK: Twelve (12) days in one Sedimentation Basin.


CONTRACT AMOUNT: Twelve Million Three Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos
( PHP 12,345,960.00 )
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Scaffoldings and electricity shall be provided by SCIC
2. Unit rate shall be fixed and lump sum, and shall not be adjusted for whatsoever
reasons, and shall be valid within the subcontract duration including extension of time
3. Unit rate shall be inclusive of consumables, tools, manpower and others as necessary
to complete demolition works.
4. Works will commence only within 3 days upon receipt of Notice to proceed and 30%
Down Payment for the total of.
