I. FAITH THAT SHRINKS


a. Faith that shrinks if danger has come - Matthew 8:23-27, John 18:15-27
b. Unwillingness to know more about Jesus; faith shrinks and unbelief sparks - John 6:60-70,
Ephesians 1:15-17 - 2 Cor. 4:3-4, 6
c. Love of this world will shrink faith – 2 Timothy 4:10, 1 John 2:15-16

II. HOW REAL IS YOUR FAITH?


a. Real faith is faith tested. - James 1:2-3, 1 Peter 4:12-16
b. Real faith suffers – 2 Timothy 2:3
c. Real faith is faith that endures – Romans 5:3-5

III. DANGER FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT ENDURE THE LIFE OF A CHRISTIAN AND DRAWS BACK
FROM WHAT THEY WERE. A CHRISTIAN LIFE SHOULD ENDURE
a. The worldly things - 1 Peter 2:10-11
i. Why? because it separates us from faith and ultimately from the love of GOD.

i. Why? Because blessed are those who have endured this kind of things and still
