In line with this, the DILG Central Office has issued a guide for DILG Field Officers for the implementation of the said program (attached herewith), In this connection, we are requesting all the project recipient municipalities of this Program to immediately submit to the DILG Regional Office a revised list of priority Projects consistent with the approved allocation (using OPMO Form 2018-4 attached hereto) on or before January 23, 2018, You are advised to observe strictly the timelines in order to avoid negative implication in the availing of fund as experienced in the past. The AM-Oversight Projects Management Office (OPMO) is responsible in the over-all consolidation of LGU revised priority projects list for LGSF Assistance to Municipalities. Specifically, it shall: a. Ensure that all DILG field offices shall be provided with a copy of the approved budget allocation per municipality; and = — b. Provide proper guidance and maximum assistance to all DILG field offices during the execution of project revi . The consolidated LGU revised priority projects list shall be endorsed to the Department of Budget and Management on or before January 31, 2018. DILG REGIONAL OFFICE 1. The Regional Director shall ensure proper information dissemination; provide Administrative guidance, and make available logistical & staff support to ensure submission of LGUs of the revised priority projects list: The Regional Office through the Regional ADM Program Coordination teams and concerned DILG regional officials/employees shall review LGU subm that the same are in conformity to the GAA Special Provision as to project type, project amount and total amount. All revisions shall be made in compliance with thé following: a. The total amount of projects should not exceed the budget allocation provided in the FY 2018 GAA per municipality; .
