TOPIC OBJECTIVES

Full Quantity Returns after withdrawal (mvnt 201)


SCENARIO
Materials are issued from the warehouse. Goods Issue has to be posted in SAP, costs to be
booked to a cost center. Identify Consumption Document and post returns for the same.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Run T-Code MB51

Input Material Code, Plant and Movement Type

Page 1 of 12
Identity Material Document based on your Cost Center and reservation Number.

Cancellation of 201 Document


2. Enter 201 Document number in MIGO as shown below:

Stock return to WH by Movement Type 202 – MIGO


SCENARIO
A material was issued to a cost center but when the work was finished there was excess
material, which should now be returned into stock. The cost center has to be credited.

INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the Menu Path: Logistics  Materials Management  Inventory Management 
Goods Movement  MIGO - Goods Issue

1. Double click MIGO - Goods Issue


2. Update the following required and optional fields:

Posting date Date that the business Today’s date
transaction occurred

Plant Plant number. Default for 1000
plant on item level.
Storage location Storage location number. 01GS

4. Update the following required and optional fields:

5. And specify per material to be re-entered into stock:
