RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE WITHDRAWAL AMOUNTING TO EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT


HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P18, 850.00) FOR THE COLLEGE CHRISTMAS PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, a meeting of the College of Teacher Education Student Council with the officers was
called and presided by Marjhun F. Guingayan, CTE-SC Governor last November 8, 2017 at the
Student Lounge;

WHEREAS, one of the agenda of the meeting was to release the amount from the College
Christmas Program Fund;

WHEREAS, the said funds will be utilized for the College Christmas Program;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Kenneth Joshua I. Balitoc, CTE-SC P.R.O., duly seconded by the body;
it was

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the said amount be withdrawn to be used for the said
activities on December 15, 2017, at the College of Teacher Education Building.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the office of the Dean
of the College for his appropriate action.
