Mixing Granulator – MG series

Niin MG Series are the first choice when the process needs high granulate density and
rapid granulation. With the latest design, Niin MG Series has relative low space requirements,

are simple to operate, and with Automatically Impeller Lifting Device without removing the

impeller, cleaning is more easily.

Wet granulation process

In wet granulation, powder is charged into the MG chamber and the impeller is continually
mixing. After the binder (paste or liquid) added, it created denser granulates compare to fluid bed granulation process.

The chopper in the cahmber also used for cutting big lump into granulates. Usually, Wet granules will go through wet

milling device attached in the machine for even drying.

Niin Conical Screen Mill (BC series) is used for a wide range of products and appli-

cations such as mixing and dispersing, size reducing, separating, recycling, and

from 125 micron to 1000 micron range (120 mesh to 18 mesh), depending on the

Niin Vertical Crash Mill is designed for 360 degree basket type screen from punch
hole 0.3 mm to 10 mm or Mesh Screen (SUS 304, SUS 316 & SUS 316L).
Niin Vertical Crash Mill blade can be operation both clockwise for sharp blade
milling and anti-clockwise as hammer crashing. Niin Vertical Crash Mill is appli-
cable for sugar crashing, de-lumping and recycles tables processing.

tion to replace the Vibration Sifter. The rotation screen provides a

Niin 3D Motion IBC Blender allows applying for different size of IBCs. The
system is design for Automatic positioning, discharge hole can be allocated
at discharge position automatically It can mix automatically as pre-set time or
total rotation cycles.
Niin IBC Bin WIP Series
Niin HBC-WIP System customer designed machine for all kinds of

IBC Containers. The system complete with 360 degree inner wash-

ing processes and drying process. With the special designed high

pressure jet spray ball, it provides high pressure water jet to remove

the dust, color or paste in the container.

With the heat exchange plate, hot water can be providing from City

water source, Detergent or RO tanks. The equipment included a hot

air blowing device that pass through the filter in order to provide

the cleaning drying source.
