SUPERVISOR / MANAGER:

Chief Innovation Officer

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main duties / responsibilities Weight

Analyze requirements from users 15% of total working time

Web App mockup and UI/UX Design 35% of total working time

Measure, analyze, & improve key metrics of UX 15% of total working time

UI / UX improvement for current & future apps 15% of total working time

Support on different graphic design activities 10% of total working time

Manage workflow in product design 5% of total working time

Market research of new trends & training 5% of total working time

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


1. Qualifications:

 Having a certification about Graphic, UI, UX

2. Experience:

 At least 2 working years in UI/UX design experience in web/mobile applications


 Any international experience

3. Skills:
 Strong visual design skills: Latest design trends (Flat design, material design) and
typography
 Excellent UI design and prototyping skillset using rapid prototyping tools e.g. Axure, Sketch,
InVision or Adobe XD , Photoshop, Illustrator...
 Have know how in in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Responsive design
 English proficiency is a plus
 Experience in conducting design research, conceptual validation and usability testing and
able to translate research findings into tangible designs
 Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration skill and ability to make compelling
and clear design presentations for varied audiences
 Having a keen eye on the design trends, front-edge technologies and designs
 Familiar with formal user research and usability testing lab methodologies
