TITLE – A PARTY FOR GRANDPA
WRITTEN BY – SUSAN M. SERENA 2012 I am going to fly over the ocean to see my grandpa and grandma again. I will take my mom with me. We go every summer to see them. Grandpa has a big birthday soon. I know that he is going to be 100 years old. He has lived a good life. I will give him a big round cake and put some presents from me by his chair. He may open them as soon as we stop singing. After that, I will ask him to think of a wish. He was as happy as any one could be. He said “thank you” when it was over. We had an amazing day! Once we ate cake, grandma let her dog out for a walk. We were tired and just going to go to bed but then grandpa said, “How old am I?” What a funny grandpa!
