performance and the management’s authorization for tasks that are related to

the department. This cycle also shows processes on how the company hire,

promote or terminate an employee.

The Human Resource Cycle is usually associated with the Payroll Cycle.

Both, involves information about employee performances. However, Human

Resource Cycle focuses more on the employee information that will be useful

for their promotion or termination. The Cycle also involves updating Employee

Masterfile and tracks the daily timekeeping of the company.
