Warm greetings!

The College of Business, Development Economics and Management will be conducting


its CBDEM Foundation Anniversary this 27th to the 30th day of November this year of the
Lord 2017. Commemorating the notable advent of this college is the core purpose of
holding this event. This is to look back, reminisce and relate how the founders calculatedly
erected this college that shapes brains to become well-rounded and well-versed
professionals. Amusement and happiness are also the targets for students to temporarily
escape the hardships of studies and to know more about social dealings in life. This also
purports to remove the concealment of students’ minds with regards to this matter so that
they will participate in the continuous progress of this college. Wide arrays of activities
will be conducted and one of these is the trade exposition. We are aware that this needs
canopies for its presentation.

In line with this, we, CBDEM-LSG, are asking from your good office to allow us to borrow
6 canopies on the 26th to 30th day, of November 2017. We would like to conduct the activity
with the aid of such equipment.

We strongly believe that your permission to use the said property will constitute prosperity
to such said activity. We give you a reasonable assurance that we will exercise diligence
of a good father of a family to maintain its condition free from any damages. The team is
