Project Name: Supply and Installation of 25MVA Mobile Substation for Ifraz Water Treatment Plant - Erbil Governorate

General Requirements and related services:


1- Refer to attached Annexes B and C for General Technical Specs and Standard Requirements of 25MVA 33/11kV Mobile Substation for
the Ministry of Electricity (MOE)/ KRG
2- The vendor Should carry out the provision, installation works with all required testing and energizing the Substation under the MoE's
guidelines and direction.

3- The Supplied Equipment and Materials of the Substation should be in compliant with Iraqi MOE's Standards and required
specifications and should pass the necessary required tests.

4- The supplied Substation's specifications and list of substation components and Equipment should be approved by MoE Engineering
Committee before Launching the manufacturing process.
5- The Contractor should responsible to conduct the required Factory Inspection under the supervision of the MOE's authorized
Committee before launching the shippment processs
6- Materials and Equipment should be brand new and never used before and registered/approved by Directorate of Electricity, Erbil
