FROM THE EDITOR

FINDING TRUTH IN
Ron Matsen,
Under Rower, K-House & KI A TIME OF DECEPTION
T
he Bible tells us that the end times will be a time of deception.
Paul warned Timothy, “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the
latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing
spirits, and doctrines of devils;” There is no doubt in the minds of
many that we are living in that time which was predicted by Paul.
In John’s Gospel chapter 8 verse 32, Jesus is quoted as saying, “And ye
shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” The American
CIA has etched this verse into the wall of the original building's main
lobby. Strange that a governmental agency devoted to secret intelligence
and misinformation would choose such a motto.
In the age of deception, how can we know what is true? If you back
up one verse in John chapter 8 to verse 31 you get the context of this
promise of Jesus. “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him,
if ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall
know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
The key to finding TRUTH is always based on/in/through the Bible.
This month’s “Personal Update” emphasizes the importance utilizing the
Bible as the supreme authority in determining what is true.
May God bless you as you continue to study His Word,

SEARCHING FOR TRUTH

THE
Robert Cornuke
Founder and President, BASE Institute ULTIMATE RESOURCE
I
believe that the highest degree of certainty should always be ascribed to
the inspired and inerrant text of Scripture. I also believe that each
and every Christian is equipped with the potential to understand
the message of Scripture for himself or herself, and that we are
not dependent on a consensus of scholars or theologians for a clear
understanding of the Bible. Various sources like these, however, can at
times help illuminate the truth that already resides in the Scriptures.
The Bible itself is the ultimate word, best word, and final word on
issues of biblical geography and history. That, of course, is easy to say;

indiscriminately assigned names persist today, regardless of their merits.

They have been picked up and republished time after time in popular
and scholarly publications, and thus have become modern traditions
that are as strong or stronger than religious traditions many hundreds
of years old!
This problem is compounded by many archaeologists’ assumption
that scholarly archaeology itself is the final judge of the Bible, rather than
vice-versa. For example, many archaeologists have adopted a Darwinian
(evolutionist) model of ancient history, ancient language, ancient culture,
ancient spirituality, and ancient technology, which in turn has tainted
their view of the Bible’s accuracy in describing ancient places and events.
They assume that the ancient Hebrews were less aware – not more aware
– of spiritual truth than we are, though Romans 1 teaches quite the
opposite. They assume that a scholarly consensus about the meaning of
a word or passage in the Bible – not the way the Bible itself may explain
the word or passage – carries the greatest weight. And they assume that
the scholarly community, not the individual believer, is the best judge
of issues concerning places and events in the Bible.

I believe that God’s Word is accessible and understandable to

every believer who is willing to put in the time and effort to study it
responsibly. I believe that its specific terminology and precise descriptions
in the original languages are completely accurate and wholly without
error. And while I believe that some biblical archaeology and some
biblical scholarship is helpful in bringing additional light to the Bible,
the Bible brings the ultimate light to everything outside of it and
stands in judgment of all archaeology and scholarship – as well as of all
archaeologists, scholars, and biblical exegetes. Biblically speaking, every
believer is encouraged to examine the evidence – both inside and outside
the Scriptures – that confirm the events, people, and truths of the Bible.
Frequently in the Bible we find examples of individuals who discovered
for themselves what the Scriptures say, with tremendous results.
I encourage all believers to I encourage all believers

just in matters of biblical geography, Scriptures diligently
but in all things – and to remain
sensitive to that consistent, non-contradictory “ring of truth” that will
ultimately resonate from careful attention to His Word.
The Practice
I use a methodology that seeks to apply the best practices of many
disciplines, while giving absolute priority to the Bible itself. While I do
not entirely discount the opinions of scholars, we do not place undue
emphasis on them. I recognize the strength of a “Possibilities + Problems”
methodology.
This method of investigation – especially in relation to biblical truth
– begins by asking “What are the possibilities?” (e.g. possible scenarios,
possible sites, possible chronologies, etc.) offered by the text of the Bible.
It then proceeds to “interrogate” each possibility by asking, “What are
the problems each one presents?” using a process of elimination to
arrive at the option with the greatest weight of evidence and the fewest
problems. Again, the highest priority and the greatest weight is given
to any problems the Bible may bring to the premise.

Honestly and candidly exploring the problems – without a

predetermined conclusion – will ultimately weaken some possibilities
while strengthening others. As the process continues, various possibilities
are eliminated until a few, or even one, viable possibility remains.
Throughout the process, there is always the prospect of uncovering new
evidence, or revisiting existing evidence, or of rethinking traditions and
conventions, all based on a process of objective discovery. That is why the
attentive reader will notice that much of our literature and presentations
are punctuated by qualifying words like “possible,” “potential,” “most
likely,” and “conjecture.” Historical investigation is a process; and it is
a process that should seek to be as objective as possible along the way.
Ideally, this is the systematic process employed by a police
investigator, an investigative journalist, a biblical exegete, and – under
ideal circumstances – a scholar. Unfortunately, all of these disciplines
are practiced by human beings, and human beings are always capable of
bringing their own agendas to the process. That is a pitfall I have earnestly
sought to avoid by continually consulting unbiased practitioners in the
various disciplines listed above. Our goal is to practice a methodology
of informed deduction based on objective analysis of the best evidence
from all sources.
Of course, hostile opponents to any view can accuse those who
hold another view of not being objective, of not examining the right
evidence, of not practicing what they preach. However, I believe that
does nothing to strengthen or support the process of objectivity. I view
our examination of possibilities and problems as an ongoing process
in which we reserve the right to adjust, modify, refine, and clarify our
material as more and better information comes to light.

The Cornuke Code of Conduct

• I recognize the weakness of a “Premise + Proof ” methodology.
• I recognize the strength of a “Possibilities + Problems” methodology.
• I recognize that the Bible is fully inspired (superintended by God)
in its autographs (original writings), without error in all its details
and in every subject to which it addresses itself.
• I recognize that scholarship does not have the final say on the
Bible; rather, the Bible has the final say on scholarship.
• I recognize that because scholarship can “prove” anything,
it ultimately can “prove” nothing beyond doubt.
• I recognize that history by its very nature cannot be “proved”;
it can only be argued on the weight of evidence and testimony.
• I recognize that older sources are superior to newer sources, that
ancient testimony is superior to modern testimony, and that
original evidence is superior to later opinions about that evidence.
• I recognize that all possible historical scenarios are just that –
possible scenarios – and cannot be dogmatically and irrefutably
argued.
• I recognize that the biblical model of human potential, intellect,
civilization, and culture presents humanity on its way down
(as a consequence of sin), not on its way up (as an outcome
of evolution).

• I recognize that history cannot be re-created; and that the more

remarkable the event, the less possible it is that it can be re-created.
• I recognize that religious, secular, and scholarly traditions are
very strong, and thus elicit very strong reactions when they are
challenged. We take these reactions to heart, but by policy do not
engage in public arguing or quarrelling.
Therefore:
• I believe that the Bible provides many clues to its own geography
that have yet to be carefully analyzed and reconciled to all other
clues and geographic references in the Bible.
• I believe there must be one – and may be only one – way in which
all the geographic clues, place names, and episodes of biblical
history fit together without conflict or contradiction.
• I believe that some landmarks and archaeological sites to which
biblical names have been assigned actually contradict biblical
references to these and to related locations. In such instances, the
Bible must take absolute priority over tradition and scholarship.
• I believe the Bible’s testimony to itself is the final judge of
archaeology and archaeological conclusions – not vice-versa.
• I believe that all sincere Christians who are willing to diligently
pursue the Word of God possess the potential for discovering its
reliable, accurate, and inerrant truth for themselves.
• I believe that every believer can acquire certain skills in Bible study
that will allow them to seek and judge for themselves the validity
of geographical and historical issues in the Bible.

A Kitchener Ontario Canada father was arrested at his child’s

teachers had emailed her earlier in the day to inquire why she was not
on the approved list for the carnival because she had outstanding effort
grades (all A’s in effort as well as academics). The vice principal then
informed my daughter that she may be able to write a letter of appeal,
but she would let her know if that was possible by the end of the period.
She explained that she had to follow the rules which were that only students
excused from the (test) for medical reasons would be allowed to attend the
carnival. Students who opted out would not be allowed to go because they
did not follow the rules.”2 Oregon lawmakers approved an education
bill that facilitates parents opting out of state standardized testing by
including a requirement to publicize this right and by addressing schools’
ratings affected by high percentages of opting out.3 This resulted in a
letter from Department of Education warning that such a bill would
jeopardize 140 million dollars4 of federal funding. The article claims the
“Obama administration officials say testing all students promotes civil
rights.” In summary, Common Core standardized tests promote civil
rights and parents who regard as best for their child opting out of these
tests are complicit in eroding civil rights! Connect that with the current
narrative on civil rights which frequent the evening news hours of the
main stream media and we realize the power of this argument. Testing is
not the only item where State priorities trump parental privileges. A bill
in California (similar to current laws in Mississippi and West Virginia)
seeks to eliminate the state’s “personal belief ” exemption that allows
parents to opt out of having their children vaccinated against viruses
such as the measles. The only exception allowed by this bill concern
medically fragile children for which the vaccination is dangerous.5
Proponents claim that unvaccinated students pose a threat to vaccinated
ones. This argument is self-defeating. It is only valid if the vaccination
is ineffective; why else would vaccinated students be threatened?
But if it is ineffective, what sense is there in mandating everybody gets
the vaccination? Last fall, several news outlets reported on Kevin Wood,

his claims that he made no verbal threats nor devised plans to disrupt
the school day on campus.6 And the list of these sorts of reactions to
responsible parents grows daily. Many reading this article are familiar
with the horrible fifteen month ordeal experienced by Justina Pelletier
and her family when her parents simply relied on a second medical

The educational system is increasingly forcing space between parents
and their children and finding ways to insert government and private
interests in the resulting vacuum.
British academic Adam Swift opines, “I don’t think parents reading
their children bedtime stories should constantly have in their minds the
way that they are unfairly disadvantaging other people’s children, but I
think they should have that thought occasionally.” At issue is not that
some parents through lack of capacity or concern disadvantage their
own children; rather that other parents by giving their own child love
and attention are disadvantaging the other children! Swift continues,
“Evidence shows that the difference between those who get bedtime
stories and those who don’t … is bigger than the difference between
those who get elite private schooling and those that don’t.”10
Beware the reformers and regulators of today whose mantra goes
something like this: “It’s all about the kids!” Superintendent Shane Floyd
of the charter school Arise! Academy based in Dayton Ohio was convicted
of bribery and other charges along with two school board members.
While things were crumbling around him with unpaid vendors and
employees’ paychecks bouncing, he glibly stated, “At the end of the day,
it’s all about the kids.” This overused phrase masks many more nefarious
motives. The adage has never been truer than it is today and especially
in education, “The only adults that truly have the backs of children are
the parents that are on the backs of their children.” There is an ongoing
attack on the family and one of Satan’s wiles (see Ephesians 6:10-20 and
especially verse 11) is using the public discourse and the public schools
to destroy it. Be a Columbo and don’t ignore the evidence that disrupts
what you remember about your days in school.
“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the
great and dreadful day of the LORD: And he shall turn the heart
of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their
fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
Malachi 4:5-6 KJV

The city of Corinth was Hollywood,

Las Vegas and New York all rolled into
one. Corinth was intellectually alert,
materially prosperous, but morally
corrupt. Its citizens were devoted
to the reckless development of the
individual. The church at Corinth is the
"carnal church" - spiritual babes, immature
and undeveloped. Paul seeks to provide

them (and us) to full maturity.

The beginning of a person’s reconciliation with God is their

recognition of God. The argument for and against the existence
of God has raged for ages. Yet proving the existence of God is
an understanding that comes from an “aggregate of thoughts”
knit together with “summary logic.”
• Can the existence of God be proven?
• What are the classic arguments for the existence of God?
• If an infinite God exists, how can He be understood

He pointed out that the universe itself could be a hologram much

like those on your credit cards. Looking at a true hologram you can see
all the depth of a three dimensional space. In fact you can look “around”
a hole in the hologram and see what is behind it. These holograms are,
in actuality, in a two dimensional surface.
With the postulation of the Quantum Theory and its apparent
experimental confirmation, all the necessary parts for a holographic
universe were available. Quantum (think individual “pixels”) are the
smallest building block of matter.
Think of them like your digital television. Whether your TV
has 720p, 1080p, or the newer 4k resolution, the picture is made of
individual pixels. If you get close enough you can see (or begin to see)
these tiny dots of color. When you stand back you see all the shading
to convince your brain that you are looking at a near 3D picture.
The higher the resolution, the better the “3D” effect.

Each quantum A quantum particle is extremely small

contains enough at the Planck limit. Each quantum contains
information, though, enough information, though, to know
what every other quantum is doing no
to know what every
matter the distance; (yes, experimentation
other quantum is has apparently confirmed this).3 What we
doing no matter know about the attributes of quanta easily
the distance fits into what is theoretically necessary to
produce an extremely high-resolution, holographic projection of the
entire universe.
This is what physicists are chasing to confirm right now. If proven,
it has vast implications. One physicist commented that if found correct,
the next natural conclusion is that someone had to have written the
code for the software.4
3 1982: Alain Aspect, Jean Dalibard, and Gérard Roger at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Optics, Paris,
conducted a landmark experiment: Twin photons from heating cesium atoms with lasers, each traveled in
opposite directions through 6.5 meters of pipe to special polarization analyzers. The filters switched in 10
nanoseconds, 30 nanoseconds less than the 13 meters of travel between them. Photons did demonstrate
non-locality.
4 It is provocative to discover that our DNA is a three-out-of-four error-correcting code. How many engineers in a
thousand would know how to design one?

Currently, there are two avenues of research that are directly trying
to test this theory. The first is taking place at the US Department of
Energy’s Fermilab in Batavia, IL.5 They have developed a one-of-a-kind
instrument that can measure motions a billion times smaller than an
atom. They have developed the most sensitive sensors in history as
a part of this project. With this instrument (they have named it the
“Holometer”), they are collecting data that could confirm that this
reality is, in fact, a hologram.
They need a lot of data, but possibly by the end of the year they may
be able to offer a conclusion.

Just recently, in Vienna, Austria, a group of mathematicians at TU

Wien, exploring the mathematics of the “holographic principle” have
announced a breakthrough.6 The “holographic principle” asserts that a
mathematical description of the universe requires only a 2D space. What
we see as 3D may just be an image of 2D processes on a gigantic scale.7

7 There has always been something a little “quirky” with this principle in that the math only works in “exotic
spaces” (fictitious), (read that anti-de-sitter spaces: spaces with a negative curve). Our universe is actually flat
and in astronomical distances shows a positive curvature.

The scientists, including Arjun Bagchi, Rudranil Basu, Max Riegler

and Daniel Grumiller, have managed to show that the same mathematical
conclusions for the “holographic principle” in a negatively curved space
work for a flat space, too; thus confirming that no laws are violated and
no “exotic spaces” are required. This is a huge conceptual leap forward.
It doesn’t prove we live in a holographic environment, but it does confirm
it is possible.
This work in conjunction with the work being done at Fermilab
could confirm the growing suspicions that there is something greater than
what we can see. Even secular science is being ostensibly pushed toward
an unavoidable truth as it delves further into the engines of creation.

There seems to be evidence to suggest that our world and everything in it

are only ghostly images: projections from a level of reality so beyond our
own that the real reality is literally beyond both space and time. The main
architect of this astonishing idea is one of the world’s most eminent thinkers
- physicist David Bohm, a protégé of Einstein’s. In this executive summary,
Chuck gives a current perspective on some of the areas that define
our reality.

• Could the Cosmos be a Super-Hologram?

• What is one of the fundamental errors commonly made
in the field of Astronomy?
• What is the Nature of Reality?
• What are the implications of this understanding?

Hi Everyone,
In the United States, the end of May and beginning of June is
graduation season. Quite honestly, graduations are not a function I skip
with joy to attend…but, this week, I had the opportunity of attending a
ceremony that so inspired me that I wanted to share an “Agape lesson”
that God keeps putting on my heart.
New Vision High School is an alternative high school for at risk
youth. The 23 young adults who walked across the stage to receive their
high school diploma had all come through great adversity and beat the
odds to graduate. As each student was announced by the principal, they
came to the stage, stepped up to the podium, spoke into the mike and
gave thanks to all the people who helped them complete their high school
education. There were many testimonies of them thanking their moms,
dads, step parents, aunts and grandparents for their love and support.
But amongst the names that these students mentioned there was always
the name of “Becky”. And when they said her name, they looked out
into the audience with tears in their eyes and said, “Thank you.” Each
of them had a different story to share of how she encouraged them on.
I had the honor of meeting Becky afterwards. She came over to the
young adult that I was with and gave her a big hug and told her how
proud she was of her. I’m not sure if Becky was a Christian, but I do
know that she loved and respected those graduating students and they
knew she was genuine.
The “Agape lesson” God keeps putting on my heart is: encourage and
build up by caring and investing in peoples lives. This is so important for
the times we are living in and coming into. The Apostle Paul sums up
“how we are to do it” in chapter 13 of 1 Corinthians.
This summer make it a point to encourage
someone. You’ll get blessed!

“I simply don’t love him anymore. I used to, but I don’t any longer!
What am I supposed to do, fake it?”
These are very good questions! And they’re questions we all ask at
one time or another. The bottom line is, how do we change what we really
think and feel in order to do what God wants, and not be phony?
“I Feel How I Feel”
If we are not able to control and tame these “movers of our soul,”
they can easily overwhelm and drown us. Someone once dramatically
expressed it this way, “I just can’t seem to change how I feel. I am a Christian,
but I feel how I feel regardless of how much you prove to me that I shouldn’t
feel this way!”
Should our thoughts and emotions carry this much weight? Should
they be the basis of our choosing, our acting and our existence, especially
as Christians? How do we control them? How do we tame them?
And, most importantly, how do we get beyond them?
Again, the bottom line is, how are we able to go against the tide of
our thinking and feeling, choose God’s will and still be genuine?
This is the subject at hand, and what we want to explore over the
next few months. How do we as Christians overcome the “justified” hurt
feelings, anger, bitterness, resentment, fear, unforgiveness, insecurity,
guilt and memories (the movers and shakers of our soul) that consume
us daily? Is it possible to make choices to follow God when we really
don’t feel like it, don’t want to and don’t think it will work? Will God
honor something we choose simply by faith, but that we really don’t
feel? The following story is a remarkable real-life example. Read it, and
then you decide.
“A Damascus Road Experience”
“It was the last day of our trip home to Florida to visit our family.
I was at my husband’s parents’ house, packing alone. All the kids were at
the beach and Ken, my husband, was out fishing with his two brothers-
in-law. The Lord had me stay home alone and soon I would find out
why. As I was packing, the Holy Spirit led me to Ken’s suitcase and had

me lift up the bottom of the inside of it to find an address book with

over two pages of women’s names, phone numbers and descriptions.
“At first, I froze, as tears of unbelief welled up deep inside of me.
I wanted to run (I felt like I had finally found my ticket out of a very
unhappy marriage), but the still, small voice of the Spirit of God within
constrained me. ‘Remember, I’m in control,’ He said. ‘How you handle this
and the choices you make are critical. Choose to walk by faith, not your
feelings, and your life will change.’
“I called a friend and placed myself under her accountability and
received some wise counsel as to how to proceed. My husband arrived
home shortly after that and with the book in hand, I asked him, ‘What’s
going on?’ ‘Are you in touch with these women now?’ All he said was,
‘yes.’ He just looked at me and said, ‘I am going to hell. You know Jesus,
will you please pray for me’?
“Those were perhaps the most honest words I have ever heard him
say. So, I did pray and asked God, ‘May Your will and not mine be done.
I give this to You and it is now in Your hands.’ (My own feelings inside
were screaming, ‘run, get out, this is your chance!’ but I chose, by faith,
to really mean what I had said in my prayer.)
“Immediately, Ken began to confess everything. He took the book
from my hands, ran into the adjoining bathroom and lit it on fire.
When he came back he said, ‘It’s time to expose my sin.’
“A dear pastor that we knew in that city came over later that night
and spent three hours with Ken out in the street. After a couple of
hours, the pastor asked me to come out and told me, ‘Ken has just
had a Damascus Road experience.’ I wouldn’t have believed him, except
that I had prayed those exact same words for my husband many times.
And in a prayer meeting just a month earlier, someone gave me a word
for my husband, again using the Damascus Road analogy.
“Then the pastor said to me, ‘God has heard your prayer. Ken was
saved tonight and baptized out in that street.’ Well, you can imagine
the elation and also the confusion that I was feeling!

“The next few weeks involved a lot of pain, but an unfolding of the
Glory of God like I have never seen before. Ken confessed to all the
women he was close to. He confessed ‘he was a false convert living a life
headed for hell’ to our four teenage children, to my mom, sisters and
two pastor friends. He even named all his sins, sparing the grossness of
the details to protect their imaginations.
“Telling the children was the hardest of all. They each began to cry.
They thought their dad was already a wonderful Christian. But God’s
glory shined, even through this horrific time, and He began to heal all
of our hearts.
“Eventually, Ken asked me to marry him again and our lives have
never been the same. He now calls me from his car and holds the phone
up to the marriage audios for me to listen to. For the first time in 19
years, we are experiencing the oneness in the Spirit that God so desires.
We are continually in the Word and praying together. We have had
more conversations in the past year than we’ve had in all our 19 years
put together. Our children are spiritually alive as never before.

Choices: The Key to Our Christian Walk
What makes the above story so miraculous? It’s miraculous because
in spite of how Anna felt, in spite of what she thought and in spite of
what she wanted, she chose to trust God and, by faith, do His will.
God then supernaturally changed her feelings to align with her choices
and restored her marriage. This story is miraculous because Anna made
non-feeling choices that allowed God to intervene and, thus, change
the course of her life.
The choice to obey God’s will, however,
must always come first.
What would have happened had Anna chosen not to follow
God, but go by her own justified feelings? She had Scriptural reasons!
She would have immediately split with Ken and her story would have
ended up like hundreds of others that we see and hear about all the time.
Our choices are critical, because faith is simply a series of choices-choices
to go against the tide of emotion and do what God wants. If we can learn to
make these kinds of choices, like Anna, they can change the course of our lives.
Denying Ourselves
Naturally, even as Christians, we are still full of “self,” our own natural
thoughts, emotions and desires-especially in trials. Now, some of our
hurts, unforgiveness, bitterness, and resentment are fully “justified” by
the world’s standards. But by God’s standards, because we hold on to
these things, mull them over in our minds and usually act upon them,
these negative thoughts and emotions can end up quenching God’s
Spirit in us.
If we can learn to give our real feelings and thoughts over to God,
however, like Anna did in the above example, and choose by faith alone
to follow God’s will, then He will align our feelings with the choices we
have made and make us genuine.

Personal UPDATE | July 2015 COVER CONTENTS ORDER

Matthew 16:24 tells us that, “If any man will come after Me, let him
deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.”
To deny in the above Scripture does not mean to push down and bury
our real feelings, nor does it mean to negate their existence. As Christians,
many of us have been doing this, thinking we are not supposed to feel
the way we do. But one of the beauties of the freedom that Christ has
given us is that we can be honest with Him, acknowledge these things,
confess and repent of them, give them over to Him, and then be free
from them altogether. Thus, “to deny” simply means to bar ourselves or
to prevent ourselves from following what we naturally think and feel. We’re
all human and we’re all going to have these kinds of negative thoughts
and feelings until we see Jesus.
Thus, it’s important we look at these “movers of our soul,” and call
them for what they are so we will know exactly what we are dealing
with. Next, we must learn how to make faith choices to “bar ourselves”
from following what these negative elements of our lives are telling us,
and choose, instead, to give them to the Lord. Then, we will be free to
follow what He desires, like Anna in the above example. God, in His
timing and in His way, will then change our thinking and feeling to
match what we have chosen, making us genuine.
Thus, the question the Lord continually asks us is: “Are you willing?”
Are you willing to choose by faith to follow Me? Because being willing
is all that’s necessary. God, then, will give us the strength we need to
go against the tide and carry out His will, just as He did in Anna’s life.
Choosing by faith explains a little more clearly how we can walk
out Ephesians 4:29-32…
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that
which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto
the hearers. And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God...Let all bitterness,
and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put
away from you with all malice; And be ye kind one to another,
tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God, for Christ’s sake,
hath forgiven you.

66/40BROADCAST
What is happening to 66/40 broadcasts?
Over the last 20+ years, Koinonia House has produced its flagship
broadcast, 66/40, which has aired on radio stations all over the world.
66/40 has long been an outlet for Bible study, and to broadcast our
latest content. As of the 18th of May, 2015, the 66/40 Radio has been
simplified and explained in a simple but exciting way. A brand new,
27 min program with over 25 minutes of pure Bible study will be the
format going forward. That’s right, ONLY Bible study.
So what happened to the PodCast?
66/40, as a podcast, has also been changed. We will no longer be
offering 66/40 as a Podcast with an historical archive. Instead, we have
created a listen again service online. This new service does not require
each episode to be downloaded prior to playing. We will run a one
week, rolling backlog of episodes. If you miss an episode or two, you
can catch-up online at 6640.khouse.org.
Can I still get a weekly podcast?
Yes! Here at Koinonia House, we wanted to give our supporters
MORE so we created a brand new Podcast. We now have “K-Rations,”
a weekly Podcast featuring a range of genres. We will offer a selection
of single sessions from our commentaries, topical studies and Q&A
sessions. This Podcast series is not intended to
be a believers complete food source, thus the
title “K-Rations.” It is intended to supplement
a stable diet of fellowship, Bible study and
personal devotions. You can find out more

this first-century rabbi from Nazareth, there’s
a good possibility that you’ve been misinformed. In fact,
maybe you’ve been wrong from the start about the most
amazing man who ever walked the surface of the earth.
Many people who knew Jesus understood Him
well enough to admire Him, to respect Him,
and to love Him. Others were terrified of Him.

Bible scholars Dr. Chuck Missler and Dr. William
Welty bring Jesus of Nazareth to you in the most
unconventional way possible… by bringing Jesus
of Nazareth to talk in His very own words about
Himself, His purpose, His nature, and His mission.
