Substation Design

1) The document provides design details for a concrete wall and foundation to support loads from various rooms. 2) The wall thickness, reinforcement, and capacity were checked according to design standards and found to be adequate to support the calculated axial load of 138 kN/m. 3) The strip foundation was designed with a thickness and width to support the wall and room loads without exceeding the allowable bearing pressure. Bending and shear checks on the foundation found the reinforcement sufficient.
