DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is entered this ____ day of March 2018 in Quezon City by and

GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation unto the DONOR the herein
described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.

2. For the purpose of giving effect to the donation, the DONOR has reserved for
himself in full ownership sufficient property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs
and that this donation is not made with intent to deceive or defraud his creditors, other heirs or
any third person.

3. The DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in its favor by the
DONOR, and hereby manifests its gratefulness for the latter's generosity.
