•No of engineers is the minimum requirement to activate license registration and are increasing directly with the
growing area of projects (ongoing+ under design) as standard area for each engineer.
•Engineering consultancy activities are licensed only in offices, according to the following areas:
Local Engineering Offices:
Minimum office area required for engineering offices engaged in infrastructure activities 100 m2 .
The minimum office area required for the engineering offices engaged in sub-activities is 80 m2 for local offices licensed
with one activity, 150 m2 for Tow activities , and 200 m2 for more than two activities .
Foreign engineering offices and participation branches:
Minimum office area required 150 m2 licensed with one activity and 200 m2 for two activities .
